Adv. Elrom's legal career began in 2005 following the completion of both his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees with honors. From there, he forged a professional path and amassed extensive legal experience. For him, managing complex litigation is an undertaking that requires combining in-depth professional knowledge with the early identification of risks and the maintenance of the highest ethical and professional standards

As a Managing Partner overseeing international operations and business development, Asaf drives the firm’s management innovation. His unique expertise in the global insurance market—backed by his admission to the New York Bar—enables him to bridge the complexities of local law with the needs of foreign reinsurers. Additionally, Asaf leads the firm’s handling of "core cases" in the fields of torts, environmental law, and high-profile matters of significant public interest, while also serving as a lecturer at the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law
